Freelance Travel Agent Remote (Disney & Universal) ID-1450

We are looking for a Cruise or Other Destination Travel Planner, both domestic and international, with a passion for working independently or as a Freelance Remote Worker. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis (your choice), working remotely. You will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements for your own clients using our online booking system with multiple suppliers and direct access.

Your responsibilities will include making all necessary arrangements such as searching for and booking flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
You would also be responsible for managing expenses, tracking reimbursements, and providing support to travelers while they are on their trips.
Issuing airline tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents.
Providing clients with travel advice and information about local attractions.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues.
Staying up to date with industry news and developments.

Keeping up to date with all payment methods accepted by the agency.
Working with external providers to secure the lowest prices and special offers for clients.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
