This role is perfect for you if…
• You enjoy chatting with people over the phone.
• You’ve had experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
• You’re available to work Monday and Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, and Saturdays between 7:30 am to 9 pm.
• You can commit to 2 weeks of paid training sessions, happening Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm.
• You can complete 16 hours of shadowing, which we’ll schedule around your classes.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Answering incoming calls for various businesses across the country.
• Using your friendly demeanor and tech skills to provide top-notch service.
• Multitasking like a pro while navigating multiple screens.
• Typing up detailed messages with zero spelling or grammatical errors.
• Ensuring a distraction-free workspace at home.

• A reliable hardwired internet connection.
• A high-quality wired headset with a microphone.
• A USB keyboard and mouse.
• The ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues.
